This third-party, approved content has been created and developed by renowned rFactor 2 community member Frederick Alonso, whose passion and attention to detail have brought the track to life in stunning accuracy.
The project has been fully approved and published by Studio 397, ensuring it meets the high standards our sim racing community expects.
About Circuit Zolder
Nestled in the heart of Belgium’s Limburg region, Circuit Zolder has been a fixture of European motorsport since it opened in 1963. It hosted Formula 1 Grand Prix events in the 1970s and ‘80s and remains a favourite in GT, touring car, and endurance racing calendars.
Zolder is renowned for its technical nature and one of the true “driver’s circuits” that rewards precision and rhythm.
The primary layout is a 4.0 km (2.49 mi) and is a blend of high-speed straights, tight chicanes and significant elevation changes adding to braking challenges and visibility.
Drivers will have to manage braking stability, weight transfer, and tyre grip carefully, especially over the curbs that Zolder is famous for. The track is unforgiving if you miss your marks, yet incredibly rewarding when you link together a perfect lap.
We can’t wait to see your hot laps, online races, and photo mode shots once it launches.
